MŁODA BIAŁOŁĘKA (1st stage)

The developer project at ul. Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 in Łodź (1st stage) covers the construction of 166 apartments located in two residential buildings. The buildings have six above-ground storeys and one underground storey featuring a garage with 76 parking spaces. In addition, 106 outdoor parking spaces have been planned on the premises. The usable area is ca. 8,635 sq.m.

The office building located in front of the existing Intraco building will offer high quality working environment. Stawki 2 will be designed by Konsorcjum Juvenes - Projekt & Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest. It will be an 8-storey office building with retail and service facilities on the ground floor, and a 3-level underground car park.

Marina Office

Marina Office is a state-of-the-art A-class office complex which will provide the Gdynia market with a total of ca. 27,000 sq.m. of rental area. It will consist of three independent 5-storey buildings centered around an internal green patio. The south-west part of front building A will have a mezzanine serving as a dominant feature. The buildings are inspired by a shell, with its rough outer surface and smooth opalescent interior.
