Marcin Mazurek graduated the IESE Business School, University of Navarra in Barcelona. He has experience in development project management, due diligence analyses, process optimization, effective change implementation, building new business lines, strategy development, and HR management on a huge scale.

In 2012-2018, he was Executive Director at Kredobank S.A. in the Ukraine, where he is responsible for retail banking, including mortgages and real estate development funds, as well as online banking including remote channels. In 2009-2011, he worked as Business Development Director at Inteligo Financial Services S.A.

Tomasz Górnicki graduated from the Faculty of Production Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology and completed post-graduate banking studies at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as an Executive MBA course at the Kozminski University. He has served as Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of PHN S.A. In 2017–2019, he was involved with PFR Nieruchomości (formerly BGK Nieruchomości), first as Managing Director and then as Member of the Management Board for transactions, expansion and commercialization. He gained his professional experience in the financial sector by working at PKO Bank Polski as, among others, New Technology Director, in which position he was responsible for implementing innovative solutions at the bank’s branches and labs. In his personal life, for many years he has been an instructor in the Scouting Association of the Republic of Poland and a social activist engaged in helping Poles in the East.

Tomasz Sztonyk is a graduate of the Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University and Apsley Business School-London, where he obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also completed the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wrocław. From February 2008, he served as President of the Management Board of the CAPITOL Musical Theater Foundation in Wrocław. From February 2016 to February 2018, he worked as Director of the Administration Office at the Ministry of Economic Development, and then the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development. From March to June 2018, he served as Administrative Director and then Director of the Office of the General Director of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Since June 2018, he has worked at Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. as Deputy Director of the Investment Department, and since September 2018 as Vice-President of the Management Board of Dalmor Property Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia.

Piotr Przednowek is a graduate of the Skarbek Graduate School of Business Economics, where he obtained the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw in the field of Human Resources Management for Personnel Managers.

Piotr has broad experience in the real estate industry and internal and ad-hoc audits in enterprises. Since June 2019, he has been employed by Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. at the position of Director of Rental and Commercialization Department. In the years 2018–2019, he was Head of Auditing Department at PGNiG Termika S.A. In 2016–2018, he worked as property consultant at MAXON S.A. For many years, he was involved with PKP Cargo S.A., where he was responsible for internal audit and classified information protection.

Mr. Krzysztof Zgorzelski is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM), where he obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also has a degree in Finance and Banking awarded by the Warsaw School of Economics. Krzysztof Zgorzelski has many years of experience at top executive positions, and has taken part in numerous organizational and financial restructuring projects. He has both theoretical and practical knowledge of enterprise management, in particular financial management. In the years 2017–2020, he was President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (and earlier, for a year, Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer) of POLREGIO Sp. z o.o. (previously: Przewozy Regionalne Sp. z o.o.). In 2015, Krzysztof Zgorzelski worked as Head of the Administration and Financial Office of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. Before that, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of, among others, Eurolot S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw Infrastruktury Sp. z o.o. and PKP Cargo S.A. He also sat on many supervisory boards, including at PLL LOT S.A. and TBS Praga Południe Sp. z o.o.

Mrs. Izabela Felczak-Poturnicka has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. since April 29, 2011. She has been President of the Supervisory Board since July 28, 2015. From December 21, 2015 to March 6, 2016, and from March 27, 2018 to May 1, 2018, she was delegated by the Supervisory Board of PHN S.A. to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.  In 2004, Mrs. Felczak-Poturnicka received an honors MA degree in Economics of the Department of Foreign Trade and Global Economy of the Łazarski University in Warsaw. She then completed a PhD in Management and Finance and postgraduate studies in company valuation methods at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Since 2005, she has been Member of the Information and Organization Center for the Research on Public Finances and Tax Law in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe by the Department of Law of the University of Białystok. Mrs. Felczak-Poturnicka is a certified internal auditor of ISO 9001 quality management systems. She has cooperated with OECD e.g. as part of the OECD-Southeast Asia Corporate Governance Initiative. She has also authored and co-authored academic publications in economics. She specializes in corporate governance and the capital market. She has 15 years of professional experience in corporate governance over companies with the Treasury's stake and in performing transactions on the capital market.

Currently, Mrs. Felczak-Poturnicka is the Managing Director for Corporate Affairs in the PZU Group. Before that, she was Head of Department of Ownership Supervision at the Ministry of State Assets. In 2018-2019, she was the Deputy Head in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From January 2017, she served as Minister’s Advisor coordinating the works of the Ownership Policy Team in the Ministry of Energy. In 2005–2016, she worked in the Ministry of Treasury. Key tasks completed by her include ownership supervision over strategic companies and performing transactions on the capital market, including the introduction of GPW S.A., JSW S.A., PZU S.A. and PHN S.A. to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She has 14 years of experience in serving on companies' supervisory boards. She has been Member of the Supervisory Boards of:  PKN ORLEN S.A. and Enea S.A. (as President of the Supervisory Board), as well as Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A., ZEW Niedzica S.A., MERAZET S.A., Z.Ch. ZACHEM S.A. and MERITUM BANK ICB S.A.

Mrs. Grażyna Ciurzyńska has been engaged in the banking sector for over 25 years. She held top managerial positions in the area of corporate banking where her tasks included supervising the cooperation with strategic clients and developing enterprise financing programs. Then, in the retail business, she was responsible for creating retail business strategy, sales and pricing policy, bancassurance development, sales network management as well as designing and implementing products. She was also Advisor to the Bank’s President.

For several years, she was engaged in the payments market and was responsible for the card business, cooperation with international payment organizations and providers of banking technologies and services. She was a member of the Board of the Cashless Poland Foundation, a member of the presiding board of the Council of Bank Card Issuers, and earlier the presiding board of the Council of Cash Management. For many years, she was involved in teaching and research activity at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of international economics, foreign direct investments and European integration. She also worked in government administration where she was responsible for strategic and legislative activities in the private investments area, and for cooperation with Polish and foreign investors and financial institutions. She managed the instrument of special economic zones and large investment projects.

Recently, she was Acting President of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A., where she was responsible in particular for the promotion of Polish economy, supporting enterprises in their foreign expansion and investment processes and inflow of foreign investments. Member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. In June 2021, she will join the Management Board of the Cashless Poland Foundation, and a month later she will become the President of the Management Board.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Postgraduate Study of European Banking Law of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Kinga Śluzek has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. since June 22, 2016.

She is a graduate of the Department of Marketing and Management of the  Kozminski University and of the Economic Faculty of the National Defense University. She is currently responsible for ownership supervision over financial and capital market companies at the Ministry of State Assets. In 1996–2016, she worked at the Ministry of Treasury. In the last years, she was responsible for ownership supervision over financial institutions and capital market institutions in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Kinga Śluzek has many years of experience in ownership supervision over companies with the Treasury’s stake, and also in serving on companies’ supervisory boards.

Bogusław Przywora

Mr. Bogusław Przywora took up his position on June 30, 2017.

He has a PhD in Law (Jagiellonian University in Krakow). He is a professor at Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa,  and Head of Institute of Legal Analyses of the Faculty of Law and Economics. He has a degree in Law and Administration awarded by the Jagiellonian University and has also completed postgraduate studies in Banking Law organized by the National Bank of Poland and the Institute of Economic Policy of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Mr. Przywora is a graduate of the School of Ukrainian Law  (Ivan Franko University of Lviv/National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy/Jagiellonian University).  He also has over a dozen years of experience in public administration. In 2007–2016, he worked at the Marshall’s Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, where he was responsible for real estate management and brokerage. He was also member of inspection and supervisory bodies, e.g. supervisory boards. He is an attorney-at-law providing, among others, free legal support.

Mr. Artur Szostak took up his position on December 12, 2018. Mr. Artur Szostak is a graduate of the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he obtained an MBA degree. He has experience in commercial, construction and real estate sectors. He specializes in strategy development, sales management and team management. Mr. Szostak is a partner at Sanet J.A. Szostak Sp. J., and in 2003–2006 was the owner of Merx A. Szostak. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Association of MBA Alumni and Students “MBA Inspire”.

Mr. Łukasz Puchalski has a degree in Law awarded by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He completed advocate’s training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, passed advocate’s exam and was entered on the list of advocates by the District Bar Association in Warsaw. In 2016-2020, Mr. Puchalski was professionally associated with the Industrial Development Agency, where he provided legal assistance to IDA Group companies, including: assessment and negotiation of civil law contracts, preparing analyses and information reports concerning applicable laws, providing corporate services to companies’ bodies, cooperating with potential contractors and preparing internal documents. In addition, he has internal auditor qualifications and is entered on the list of Professional Auditors and External Controllers. He has provided legal services to commercial and construction sector companies and has also been associated with tax administration for some time. He has experience in representing entrepreneurs in court and administrative proceedings. Since June 2020, he has been working as a Director responsible for controlling strategic reserves and intervention stocks at the Governmental Agency for Strategic Reserves.

Przemysław Stępak took up his position on June 30, 2020.

Mr. Przemysław Stępak took up his position on June 30, 2020. Mr. Stępak graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in Law. He then completed an attorney-at-law apprenticeship program with the Krakow Bar Association. Once listed as an attorney-at-law, from July 2015 to February 2020 he ran a law firm specialized in property law. At the same time, he fulfilled control functions in local government bodies and commercial companies, including from February 2016 to May 2020 as Member of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego “Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A. Currently, Mr. Stępak is President of the Management Board of Nowe Centrum Administracyjne Sp. z o.o., a company whose goal is to revitalize the complex of buildings of the former Administration Center of Tadeusz Sendzimir Steelworks located in Krakow’s Nowa Huta district.

Paweł J. Majewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Warsaw Management University. He has many years of experience in managing companies, including those with the Treasury’s stake. Since November 12, 2020, he holds the position of President of the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. Before that, he was President of Grupa LOTOS S.A., Vice-President of Huta Stalowa Wola S.A., Member of the Management Board of DO & CO Poland Sp. z o.o., and President of Airport Cleaning Service Sp. z o.o. He has many years of experience in executive positions, including at PETROLOT Sp. z o.o. (currently ORLEN Aviation Sp. z o.o.). Paweł also worked as Director of the Variable Margin and Production Management Division at PGNiG TERMIKA S.A.  Among others, he has been Member of the Supervisory Boards of: ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o., Jelcz Sp. z o.o. and Lotniczy Catering Service Sp. z o.o.

Mr. Krzysztof Turkowski is a graduate of the University of Wrocław. He is a long-time opposition activist. Among others, he was associated with Workers' Defence Committee, Student Committee of Solidarity in Wrocław and Independent Publishing House NOWA. He was the co-organizer of the Solidarity Strike in August 1980. Vice-chairman of the Founding Committee of NSZZ “Solidarność” Dolny Śląsk, spokesman for the Regional Board. In 1990-1994 he was the Vice President of Wrocław. He has many years of experience in providing management and advisory services for companies operating in media, telecommunications and energy industries. He was the President and Member of the Management Board of commercial companies. In 2006-2009 he was the President of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Press Agency S.A. He is a Member of the Council of the Polish Film Institute. He was awarded with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the Polish Government-in-Exile in London, with the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and with the Cross of the Centenary of Regained Independence.
